The candidate should be B. Pharm /M.Pharm with MBA.with minimum 5-6 years experience in reputed pharmacuetical company. He should have independant knowledge to prepare all promotional materials. he should be able to give training for same to present and newly appointed field staff. Knowledge of marketing campaigns and strategy planning is also required. He should be able to collect information about new likely intriductions and existing products computer literacy is compulsory.
