He should be MSc/B Pharm/MPharm with minimum 15 years similar experience in Pharmaceutical formulations company (solid oral) and minimum 2 years experience with the same position. He should be able to manage entire QA dept and QC activities. Knowledge of analytical method development will be added advantage
